OKLAHOMA CITY – April 18, 2022 – The Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City partners with Variety Care and United Way of Central Oklahoma to provide free mammogram services.

Mammography is the process of using low-energy X-rays to examine the human breast for diagnosis and screening. The goal of mammography is the early detection of breast cancer, typically through the detection of characteristic masses or microcalcifications.

The Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City is dedicated to offering free or low-cost health services like mammograms for those in financial need or without health insurance.
