This year’s EOD focused on the success of the Urban League of Broward County’s efforts in unique partnerships and exploring the best and promising practices in growing small and minority businesses. Check out the re-stream of the event and learn the keys to minority business success from Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh, President and CEO of the Urban League of Broward County!
Please know that the Urban League staff, volunteers, and clients appreciate your faithful support of Equal Opportunity Day and our organization! The proceeds help us fund and operate affordable housing programs, educational programs, workforce training, and poverty-eliminating initiatives, allowing us to serve 8,000 people annually.
As the impact of COVID-19 changes each day, we continue to assess our clients’ needs and adapt our service delivery to best address them. In the face of this unprecedented crisis, the Urban League persists in becoming more creative and innovative to meet the fluid nature of COVID-19 for the members of our community who need help the most. We thank you for your ongoing support!
Donations are greatly appreciated! Donations aid the Urban League in funding our four departments in our mission to empower communities and change lives! If you would like to contribute to this year’s fundraising efforts, you can do so below. You can also donate here.
