According to Oklahomans for Criminal Justice Reform, an estimated 94% of people eligible for expungement have not been able to access the service due to a lack of knowledge about the process, lack of resources to hire an attorney, and more. The Expungement Expo’s goal is to help our clients, who are predominantly African American, move beyond the challenges of having a past criminal record by educating them on how to seal their records. It is vital to help justice-involved individuals understand current and new policies to assist them in this process due to cost.

For this year’s Expungement Expo please make sure you meet the qualifications for this expungement program (see below), review the Expungement Qualification Checklist, and complete the pre-registration form. Clients will receive further instructions within 72 hours for the next steps.
