OKLAHOMA CITY – December 1, 2021 – Community Catalyst partnered with National Urban League to fund an awareness campaign for Medicaid expansion in a target set of states, including Oklahoma.

Urban League of Greater OKC will receive $20,000 from this partnership by creating and reporting communications campaigns to Community Catalyst. These campaigns can include distributing digital messages throughout the OKC community through communications and social media platforms and printed materials provided to the community discussing the Medicaid expansion.

The Urban League supports more than 8,000 clients each year through advocacy, research and program services in five major areas: children and families; employment and training; affordable housing; entrepreneurship; and urban health.

The Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City is an affiliate of the National Urban League and a United Way partner agency.
