Earn Points - Get Prizes!

Time banking is a pattern of a service exchange that uses units of time (service hours) as currency for prizes.

The Project Ready Time Bank is used to provide incentives and rewards for earned service hours, such as mentoring hours, community service (inside and outside of the program), business tours, and college tours. Earning points for your time bank will add up to winning prizes!

  • How to Earn Points
    • Participation in Extracurricular Academic Activities – 5pts/day; maximum 25pts/week
      • ex. Afterschool Programs, Music, Dance, Art, Community Service  –  (verified by signed portfolio hours form)
    • Participation in Project Ready Group Mentoring Activities – 25pts/per event
      • Activities provided by Project Ready Mentoring Program: college tours, business tours, project time in Dell Collaborative Learning Lab, group outings, workshops, service learning  project
    • Supporting Documents –  50pts/per document
      • Grade Checks/Attendance Record Submission/Social Surveys-  (to be submitted in March & October)
      • Individual Career Development Plan (ICDP)
        • A’s on report card receive an additional 50pts per letter grade
        • B’s on report card receive an additional 25pts per letter grade
  • What You Can Earn

    Movie Pass, Sonic Cards, etc. for every 750 points earned

    Top 55 Students will earn A Night Out with Project Ready (an exclusive event which will include entertainment, food and fun!) includes completion of 182 program hours, 2 live or virtual business tour, 2 live or virtual college tours, and 10 hours of service learning
