The School Age Community After School STEM Reading Center operates as a 4-star DHS-licensed facility. We accept DHS subsidy payments (Contract #28437) and private payments of $75 per week. An annual fee of $125 per student is also required.
DHS subsidy assistance is accepted under Contract #28437. Subsidy assistance must be approved and active prior to the student attending the program. Families are responsible for ensuring that their subsidy authorization remains current and for paying any applicable DHS copayments and fees.
The program provides a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment where students in kindergarten through 6th grade can learn, grow, and build positive relationships with their peers. The program incorporates the Science of Hope model to provide support, resources, and services designed to improve outcomes for Oklahoma children and families.
During the after-school program, students will receive an afternoon snack. During our full-day, out-of-school programs, students will receive breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Grades Kindergarten – 6 (children must be enrolled in school)
Hours of Operation
In School Days: Monday – Friday | 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Out of School Days: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Tuition
Tuition is $75 per student per week. Private Pay tuition is due each Monday, and DHS copayments are due by the 5th of each month. Tuition includes snacks, transportation, and curriculum.

Transportation
Transportation is provided to students enrolled at Thelma Parks, MLK, Wilson, Crutcho, Millwood Elementary, and W.K. Jackson Learning Academy.
*Weekly tuition includes school break enrichment academies. DHS subsidy is accepted.
