Charlisha ‘Charli’ Greene is a vice president within the Air Dominance division for Boeing’s Defense, Space and Security sector. In this role, she leads supply chain for various aircraft platforms, including F-15, F/A-18, T-7A, MQ-25 and Phantom Works. She is also responsible for driving new supply-based technologies for engineered and machined parts. Charli and her team contribute to program wins and execution through a culture of excellence in proposals and performance.
Starting as an intern with The Boeing Company, Charli has since held many leadership roles across the company organizationally and in physical location, gaining a unique vantage point on the power of workplace culture, which she uses to influence her team leadership and engagement.
Charli holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. She also serves as Boeing’s University Relations executive focal for Florida A&M University and is a board member for Confluence Academies, a St Louis based conglomerate of charter schools.
With ‘connecting with people for purpose’ as her driving force, Charli ensures that is the common thread in all of her endeavors professional and personal.
