- This program will pay one month’s usage on a gas, electric or water bill.
- Bills must be past due.
- Once you apply you will receive a confirmation email. This email is solely to confirm receipt of your application.
- In some instances, it could take up to 2 weeks before you received notification of an approval or denial.
- You must upload a copy of your photo ID (any photo ID) and the copy of the bill. It must be a bill that lists the current month’s usage. It cannot be a cut off notice or past due notice.
- Please only upload the required documentation in order for your application to be considered.
You Qualify for this Program If:
- You have a past due gas, electric or water bill.
- You can upload a copy of the original bill which shows the total amount due for one month’s usage. (Cut off notices and/or bills that do not have the monthly usage details will not be accepted.)
You Do Not Quality for this Program If:
- Your utilities are already disconnected.
- You cannot provide the proper documentation for approval/denial.
